The role: Pivotal Engineering Manager
You will assume complete ownership of a software engineering team. Your primary focus will be on driving the successful delivery of product features and ensuring your team achieves its strategic missions. This position demands an inspirational leader who can cultivate an environment of continuous growth, high performance, and strong team ownership. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating projects that align with our product roadmaps and organizational priorities, effectively advocating for your team’s technical interests, and actively supporting our performance management processes.

Skills:
We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in Engineering Management, complemented by a significant track record as a senior software engineer. A deep understanding of software engineering best practices is essential, as is a clear comprehension of what constitutes a critical distributed software system. Furthermore, excellent written and oral communication skills in English are a must, enabling seamless collaboration within our diverse and international team. Your expertise in these areas will be key to navigating the complexities of our projects.
You must be proficient in various languages, including OCaml and Rust.
