We are looking for one of our clients, a blockchain company, an engineering manager.
The company specializes in the development of an inovative platform dedicate to the blockchain builders.

Your responsabilities:
– Lead, mentor and grow a team of engineers and phd.
– Drive technical strategy and roadmap for your team, ensuring alignment with the objectives
– Oversee the entire software development lifecycle
– Manage project timeline, resources and risks.
– Stay up-to-date with inndusty trends and emerging tech
– Contribute to the growth and success of the engineering organization


Requierements:
– Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams
– Experience architecture and building sdcalable and performant systems
– Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and modern development practices (CI/CD, DevOps)
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Engineering degree in computer science
– Fluent English and Mandarin

Possibility of working remotely but being present in the Tallin (Estonia) offices desired.
170k€ + Bonus
