The Role: Shape Web3 Engagement as a Social Media Manager

As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the global social media strategy for the blockchain network and its rapidly expanding ecosystem. Your initiatives will be crucial in strengthening the network’s reputation and boosting engagement across a diverse audience, including developers, entrepreneurs, creators, and end-users.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage the overarching social media strategy.
• Engaging Content Creation: Oversee and guide the production of high-quality and engaging content, tailored for each social platform.
• Blockchain Trends & Insights: Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations within the blockchain sphere to ensure content relevance.
• Community Management: Monitor online conversations, assess community sentiment, and proactively address any concerns.
• Social Channel Growth: Take full ownership of the operation and growth of our project’s and organisation’s social media channels.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on content performance using analytics tools to optimise strategies.
• Effective Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute cost-effective social media marketing campaigns to enhance our organisation’s visibility and the awareness of our blockchain technology.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in content and tone of voice across all social media channels.
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and develop the social media team.
  
  
  

Skills and Experience Sought:

• Solid Blockchain Social Media Experience: Extensive experience managing social media within the blockchain industry.
• Team Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• In-depth Blockchain Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its practical applications (Web3, DeFi, NFTs, etc.).
• Excellent English Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills (as the primary language for communication).
• Multi-Platform Campaign Management: Demonstrated success in managing campaigns across key platforms such as X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Farcaster, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in Analytics Tools: Advanced competency in using social media analytics tools with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy.
