Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the global social media strategy.

  • Oversee production of high-quality, platform-tailored content.

  • Track blockchain/Web3 trends to keep messaging relevant.

  • Monitor conversations, evaluate sentiment, and address concerns proactively.

  • Own growth and daily operation of all social channels.

  • Analyse performance metrics and optimise content/campaigns accordingly.

  • Design and run cost-effective campaigns to boost awareness and visibility.

  • Ensure consistent brand tone and storytelling across platforms.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the social media team.

Required Skills

  • Strong proven experience managing social media in the blockchain industry.

  • Leadership experience with ability to mentor/manage a team.

  • Deep understanding of blockchain/Web3 ecosystems (DeFi, NFTs, etc.).

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Experience running multi-platform campaigns (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Farcaster, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).

  • Advanced use of analytics tools and data-driven decision making.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
