Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of software engineers.

  • Define and document team missions and objectives.

  • Deliver software products and ensure their ongoing maintenance.

  • Build an engineering environment focused on testing and testability.

  • Improve and transform DevOps processes for greater efficiency.

  • Coach software engineers and researchers.

  • Guide development and documentation of a cloud-ready, accessible codebase.

  • Translate product team inputs into engineering deliverables.

  • Coordinate projects extending beyond your direct scope.

  • Participate in recruitment processes.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience managing software engineering teams.

  • Strong background in software delivery and maintenance.

  • Experience improving DevOps workflows and engineering processes.

  • Ability to work in cloud-oriented environments.

  • Solid skills in Rust.

  • Ability to work remotely.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in blockchain R&D environments.

  • Contribution to open-source projects.

Soft Skills

  • Strong leadership and coaching mindset.

  • Clear communication and documentation skills.

  • Ability to coordinate across teams and projects.

  • Passion for Web3 and emerging technologies.
