Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers and PhDs.

  • Define and drive technical strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.

  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle.

  • Manage timelines, resources, delivery risks, and execution quality.

  • Track industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to blockchain.

  • Contribute to scaling and improving the broader engineering organization.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams.

  • Strong background in system architecture and building scalable, high-performance software.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

  • Experience with modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps).

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Engineering degree in Computer Science (or equivalent).

  • Fluent English and Mandarin.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience in blockchain companies/products (implied but not explicitly stated).

  • Experience managing research-heavy teams (engineers + PhDs).
