Responsibilities

  • Develop new backend features and maintain the existing codebase.

  • Contribute to application architecture and technical design.

  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.

  • Improve incident management and monitoring tools.

  • Propose technical solutions aligned with the product roadmap and business needs.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Go (3+ years).

  • Solid understanding of the Go ecosystem.

  • Experience with message brokers.

  • Ability to write clean, maintainable code (SOLID, DRY, KISS).

  • Familiarity with cryptography and handling sensitive data securely.

  • Positive and collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and self-starter attitude.

  • Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, including profiling.

  • Experience with cryptocurrencies and smart contracts.

  • Knowledge of clean architecture principles.

  • Experience building eventual consistency systems.

  • Background in distributed systems and algorithms.

  • Russian language skills.

Soft Skills

  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.

  • Proactive and autonomous in a remote setup.

  • Strong collaboration within cross-functional teams.
